The Geary Theater was built in 1910 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The work performed included:

• securing the terra cotta
• repairing damaged units
• re-glazing
• crack repair
• replacement of mortar joints
• cleaning of facade
• restoration and painting of steel windows
