The owner was looking for one contractor to handle all of Bethany Centers Roofing, Waterproofing, and Window replacement needs.

Scope of work:

• Replace 160 old aluminum windows and sliding doors with new high performance units
• Repair stucco and apply two coats of Dow Corning Allguard waterproof elastomeric coatings
• Restore historic Mural on South Side
• Remove and replace roofing and insulation
