Scope: |

- Replace 160 old aluminum windows and sliding doors with new high performance units.
- Repair stucco and apply two coats of Dow Corning Allguard waterproof elastomeric coatings.
- Restore historic Mural on South Side.
- Remove and replace roofing and insulation.
