Arlington Building, Oakland

This historical landmark building is part of the Old Oakland Victorian complex.
Everest consulted in the preparation of the specifications for a complete exterior restoration and was then awarded the contract as the low bidder.

Our work included:

• repointing of the brick mortar joints
• new sheet metal water tables
• repainting
• gold leafing
• installation of new metal railings
