	1101 Green, San Francisco Project Profile: Remove and replace coatings on 24 story concrete condominium building. Perform concrete repair at all spalled and delaminated concrete Install over 6000 cathodic anodes to imbedded steel window flanges Perform complete in-place steel window retrofit

	Charles Krug Winery, Napa Project Profile:Concrete repair, re bar repairs, decorative concrete reconstruction, waterproofing, coatings, painting.

	St. Mary's Hospital, San Francisco Project Profile: Replace existing urethane sealants with new GE silicone sealants at panel to panel joints, and window perimeters. High pressure wash precast panels, and seal with Prosoco SL-100 clear silane sealer. Everest was called in to clean this very dirty building and replace the old failed urethane sealant with new GE silicone sealants. The result was a dramatically cleaner, water tight building and an extremely satisfied client.

	Stuart Hall, 2222 Broadway, San Francisco Project Profile: Repoint all mortar joints on brick façade. Rebuild chimneys. Restore deteriorated window headers. Grout injection for façade stabilization.
