by two veterans of the Bay Area Waterproofing and Restoration Industry.

Keith Goldstein

Keith has 32 years experience as a licensed contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area.
He is Past President of the Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute, served on the
Board of Directors of the Northern California International Concrete Repair Institute and
chaired the SWRI Above Grade Waterproofing Committee.
Keith compiled and edited the industry manual: “A Practical Guide to Waterproofing
Exterior Walls”.
He is fortunate to have maintained a loyal and committed work force for many years.
Keith's bottom line has always been a satisfied client. Keith lives on Potrero Hill in San Francisco
and is actively involved in numerous community endeavors.

Mark Murray

Mark has been involved in facade repair and waterproofing for 30 years.
Nobody can troubleshoot leaking buildings like Mark - he will use his vast
knowledge to determine the source of leaks into your structure and then
design a fix.
He has a master's diploma in concrete repair from the ACI.

Peter Vorhees

Peter has worked in the construction industry for close to 20 years, starting from the ground
level, and working his way through the ranks, to become a senior project estimator and
manager.
Peter began as a laborer for a general contractor in 1982, and then in 1991, went on to
Bryant
Universal as a union field worker. Within only two years of working at Bryant, Peter
made the
leap from the 'field' to the 'office', and was promoted to become a salesman and estimator.
In 1996, Peter transitioned Bryant's waterproofing division to a separate operation, and then
formed Urban Waterproofing, Inc.. Peter's comprehensive knowledge of the construction
industry makes him a valuable asset to the team.
He is married and lives in Marin County
with his family.
