Keith has 27 years experience as a licensed contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is Past President of the Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute, serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern California International Concrete Repair Institute and is Chair of the SWRI Above Grade Waterproofing Committee. Mark has been involved in facade repair and waterproofing for 30 years. Peter has worked in the construction industry for close to 20 years, starting from the ground level, and working his way through the ranks, to become a senior project estimator and manager. Peter began as a laborer for a general contractor in 1982, and then in 1991, went on to Bryant Universal as a union field worker. Within only two years of working at Bryant, Peter made the leap from the 'field' to the 'office', and was promoted to become a salesman and estimator. In 1996, Peter transitioned Bryant's waterproofing division to a separate operation, and then formed Urban Waterproofing, Inc.. Peter's comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry makes him a valuable asset to the team. He is married and lives in Marin County with his family. email Peter |
